Our pasture raised pork started it all. We raise one batch of piglets that are born on our farm, just before spring arrives. As soon as weather permits, we move them out into a wooded swampy area that they love and lets them act out their true piggy nature. Since pigs are omnivores, we supplement their diets with non GMO feed to grow delicious, healthy pork! Our pigs are a heritage breed cross between Berkshire/Tamworth/Hereford, which gives them excellent flavour.

There's something different about our grassfed lamb. Our sheep are a unique breed called Katahdin, which are referred to as a 'hair sheep' meaning they naturally shed their wool instead of requiring shearing. Not only is this easier to manage, but the sheep don't have lanolin, which gives the meat that characteristic 'mutton' flavour. The resulting lamb is very mild tasting and delicious.

Our chickens and turkeys are raised outside in movable coops that we rotate around our fields. They are moved each day onto a fresh section of grass full of bugs and yummy things for them to eat and scratch at. The chickens and turkeys are also fed non GMO feed for a great end product. We offer whole chickens, whole turkeys, and eggs. 

We are very proud to be able to offer you honey from our farm! Our unpasteurized, raw honey has a delicious floral flavour. The bees collected nectar from our pasture wildflowers such as alfalfa, clover, vetch, trefoil, and tree blossoms such as apple and willow.
