Peameal bacon (aka cured pork loin) is back bacon made from lean boneless pork loin, trimmed fine, wet cured, and rolled in cornmeal. It was actually developed in Toronto! Simply put, it is a wonderful pairing to eggs and toast and so deliciously tender. Our peameal will surely become a favorite of yours! Packages are around 1 lb.
